West Hollywood Outdoor Design

West Hollywood, Los Angeles - 2021

DBGLA was hired to design an outdoor entertainment area with tight space constraints meant to maximize user experience without compromising on amenity size. We took a unique approach of pushing the pool all the way to the wall to enable comfortable use of two sides of the perimeter instead of centering it and causing tight walkways around the whole pool.

DBGLA Design Curation

DGBLA approaches every project with the understanding that great design is never isolated to architecture or interiors alone — it is the result of every element working in harmony. From spatial flow and material selection to lighting, texture, and atmosphere, the firm carefully considers each layer of a space to create environments that feel intentional, elevated, and deeply connected to the people who inhabit them. Central to that philosophy is art. DGBLA views art not as an afterthought or decorative addition, but as an essential design language that informs the entire project from beginning to end. Whether serving as the conceptual through line of a home or the final ribbon that brings every detail together, art plays a defining role in shaping the emotion, identity, and character of each space they create.
